Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, most of our products are FREE to ship Worldwide which helps most people send gifts anywhere in the world! However, some products such as the ones under the Health category would have small shipping charges.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We are a proud small business located in the Philippines; Supply warehouses in the USA; High-Quality vendors and manufacturers in China, UK, and USA.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We have a very flexible cart and checkout pages, and we currently have three (3) available currencies: USD, GBP, & PHP.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal. We do have a special portal for our beloved friends in the Philippines to be able to pay via 7-11's Cliqq Kiosk System.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. This website is 100% protected by a secure server and high security automatic renewal SSL encryption system. All data transferred to and fro are protection guaranteed.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information and we do not even know how to. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.
